I went to 3 other Audi dealerships and they were exactly what you expect when dealing with car dealerships, nothing to write home about. Joe Sasso and DCH Millburn made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I was referred to Joe by a close friend I was surprised when he was able to give me such a better price in comparison to the 3 other dealers. When I say better price, I'm not talking a few dollars, Joe was able to save me thousands! Not only was he true to his word, but the service and attention was phenomenal. I should mention I came in about 30 minutes before they closed and other dealerships would act annoyed or in a rush, but this was not at all the case. The DCH Millburn team stayed with me and finished the deal well past store hours. They were courteous, professional, and accommodating the whole way though. I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the price, to the service, to the accommodations they made, I will never deal with another dealership again. I had driven the car at another dealership, but wasn't a fan of the salespeople. I reached out to DCH. Joe was honest and upfront with everything throughout the process. He listens to your needs (options, colors, trade in, etc.) and tries to provide workable solutions. He was responsive by phone and email. Once we settled on the price, I went over to the dealership; probably spent about an hour and half finalizing the paperwork. It would have been quicker, but I went in toward closing and they were finisihing up another deal. At the end of the day, we got to a fair price that all parties were satisfied with. I know I was. I plan on using him on future purchases and would recommend him to my friends/family. More
