Be Very Careful with JOE SASSO as your salesman at DCH AUDI I have had 2 horrible experiences at this dealership. The first was 4 years ago when the service dept tried to bully me into paying for a new motor in I have had 2 horrible experiences at this dealership. The first was 4 years ago when the service dept tried to bully me into paying for a new motor in my A-5 because of low oil. It turns out that the 2.0 engine has had major issues with high consumption of oil. Once I learned of the ongoing problem and class action law suit I confronted them and they happily agreed to replace the engine. Then they said we want to put you in a new car for your troubles. When I went to pick up the new car they tried to bully $2000.00 out of me for "inception fees". I was told I would be paying the same monthly price. I was never told that I would be paying an upfront fee as if it was a new lease. Unbelievable. Last month I decided to lease a new A-4 so I went back to see Joe Sasso and worked out the lease terms. When I went back to see the car which they got from another dealership, it was filthy. The exterior looked like the car had been sitting under a pine tree forest for years. Every inch of it was covered in sapp and pine needles. The interior had fried chicken crumbs in the passenger compartment, an empty Red Bull can sideways in the door pocket and a half empty hot tea cup with a hanging tea bag in the door pocket also. When I showed Joe Sasso he could care less. I told him that we don't eat in our cars and I wasn't thrilled to see that someone has done so in this new car. He basically laughed at my son and I. We then noticed that one of the front headlights had condensation in the cover. When I pointed that out to Joe Sasso he said "Oh. all Audi's do that...they can't fix that problem" Then he had a service adviser join in our conversation and the two of them proceeded to banter about the issue. The service adviser actually stood by Joe Sasso and said, " sure wish Audi would let me fix these because I would be a rich man with all the work I could get. Every Audi has this condensation issue". I was in shock. I looked at Joe Sasso and said you must be kidding me. You are actually going to tell me that every Audi has a condensation issue with its' front headlights and Audi knows about it and won't let you fix it? They both stood there and said yup. I truly felt like I was being punked and on candid camera. I have 5 cars and have purchased or leased over 25 cars in my lifetime so far. I felt completely disrespected and could not believe that these two morons were actually treating my son and I this way. There was no understanding that I wasn't happy that a delivery person had a full blown fried chicken picnic in my brand new car nor was there any concern that I was being told a bunch of xx about the condensation. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership and will be sure that none of my family or friends do either. Joe Sasso is a schmuck and the service adviser is an idiot. BE CAREFULL AT DCH AUDI IN MILLBURN. THEY MUST THINK THAT WE ARE ALL IGNORANT !!!! More
Fraudulent, Unethical Business Practices 3/16/16: During a regular 15,000 mile service, they told me I had to replace 3 tires which were missing chunks and were structurally unsound at a quot 3/16/16: During a regular 15,000 mile service, they told me I had to replace 3 tires which were missing chunks and were structurally unsound at a quoted price of $271/tire. Although I leased car from them, they didn't remind me of the Road Hazard Deluxe Tire Coverage I purchased at a cost of $961 at the outset of the lease. that night I remembered the insurance and called them on 3/17 to tell them I had the insurance and I would be filing a claim with the insurance company. They told me that I couldn't call the insurance company, the process was that I had to bring the car back to them, they call the insurance co., the adjusted comes to the dealer to inspect the car, the dealer and the adjuster together decide if the damage is covered and they notify me of their decision. without thinking, I made an appointment for 3/23 to bring the car back to the dealer. They told me it could take up to 2 days to get the adjuster to look at the tires so I'd need a loaner. I was very uncomfortable with Audi's insistence that I had to bring the car back to them, and the dealer is also inconvenient to my home and office. However, I followed their instructions and brought the car back to them on 3/23. I asked a 2nd service advisor why I had to bring the car to them to process the insurance claim and she told me she'd check why but that was the procedure. When arriving at my office later that morning, I called the insurance company myself which confirmed that ANY authorized repair shop could have processed the claim, there was no need to bring the car to DCH Audi. DCH lied to me, didn't remind me of my tire insurance and had me go far out of my way in rush hour traffic so that they could sell me 3 new tires. Do not bring your car here unless you like being ripped off. More

First of all, I was never told what would be done nor what had been done at the end. Furthermore, the next day, I noticed that the coolant level was below the Min line, showing it had not been filled. Additionally, although it is supposed to be part of the service, the car was not washed. I called the service department the next business day and never got a call back for an explanation. The part that concerns me the most, is the fact that the coolant was below the min even after the service. That is why you get your car serviced. When something like this happens, I just wonder what else has not been done as part of a service, which by the way I paid for when I purchased the car. I no longer trust this dealership for service, nor sales. More

DCH has been great I just picked up my fourth Audi from DCH. I've explored other brands and dealers and keep coming back to Audi and DCH even though they are not the closest to my house. My dealer has been Leo Yam for the last 3 cars purchased and I will keep going back to him. He's very no-nonsense and has really gone out of his way to ensure I've been satisfied. I love cars and do a lot of research when I buy them. Leo's one of the few dealers I've dealt with that really knows his stuff and doesn't make stuff up as he goes along. I really have nothing but positive things to say about DCH and Leo Yam. More
