An outstanding car buying experience with Joe Sasso I have met Joe during my first visit at DCH Audi dealership. I walked in with an intend of leasing a new Q5 and Joe has made this experience a blas I have met Joe during my first visit at DCH Audi dealership. I walked in with an intend of leasing a new Q5 and Joe has made this experience a blast. No issues with price negotiation whatsoever. I have told him what I wanted and he has made it work for me. He also added Audi 45k maintenance at a discounted price to which I couldn't' have said "no" either though I wasn't prepared to buy the package. Needles to say, I have ended up with a brand new Q5 on the road a month later. Joe is a gentleman and if you need a new Audi go and see him as he will make your car buying experience a pleasure! After checking a couple dealerships that left me lukewarm I visited Millburn Audi in Maplewood NJ. I was greeted immediately by Joe Sasso and we began to discuss what I was looking for. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and seems proud to represent it, but what impressed me was the time he took to explain the car. Being a car nut I appreciated the detail, both mechanically and technically, he went into. We hit it off right away. Then he offered me a test drive. To my pleasant surprise we went on a fairly lengthy drive.through some of his favorite roads both in town and on the freeway. When we returned we chatted a bit more and there was never any pressure to buy today. I will definitely return to do business with Joe when I am ready to purchase my car. I have also recommended friends that are interested i an Audi as well. . I love cars, but most dealerships today are only interested in making the sale. It was refreshing to find a dealer that can read his clients and their needs. More
