Upon entering DCH you are acknowledged, welcomed and given respect right off the bat. The brand new showroom is immaculate and fully stocked with everything from coffee to Audi's. Everyone is courteous and willing to assist in any way they can. I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew Woolcock and am proud to say and am privileged to call him a friend. Having recently leased my fourth Audi, it being the brand new 2009 A4, Andrew made miracles happen and dreams come true. We are all experiencing an economic crisis in one way or another and in such trying times I was still able to seal a deal thanks to Andrew and his powers. I must admit I did drive the poor man crazy with my frequent calls and unannounced drop-ins but each time I called or appeared I was never rushed and was treated with such respect. As a footnote, his calm demeanor is quite therapeutic as well! I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Leo Yam upon delivery of my vehicles. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the entire car in such detail that the book is not needed. He even went as far as programming my bluetooth and homelink features, who would go that extra mile? There is nothing he cannot answer or solve. He too is an asset to the dealership. Having been with the dealership for over 8 years now I have gone through many changes, from construction to management and all I can say is that they continue to excel in every area. The service, the staff, Andrew and all the other people behind the scenes are top notch. Being a very analytical, picky, and somewhat demanding person I have never experienced such class in the auto industry since dealing with DCH. I have been a loyal Audi fan and have leased 7 Audi's over the past 10 years for my family. They include: two A8s, two A6s and three A4s. My son is now driving and I will be leasing another A4 for him a over the past 10 years for my family. They include: two A8s, two A6s and three A4s. All of these cars have been leased and serviced at DCH Millburn Audi. Their sales staff is ready to answer any questions, the service department is conscientious about their clients' needs and time restraints,and the dealership itself is immaculate. I guess you can compare it to a Four Star luxury hotel, as whenever you walk in,you are made to feel important as well as pampered by the entire staff. As for pricing, most people are stressed about purchasing or leasing a car because they feel that they are going to be over charged for their new vehicle. At DCH Millburn Audi, you never have to worry about comparison shopping because their price will always be the best. After 7 Audi's I still keep coming back. I've recommended DCH Audi to many people who are leery about leasing a car. After their visit, they have related to me their anxiety was not only assuaged but their purchase was actually fun! You would think when you were buying a 30 to 60K automobile that the salesman would take the time to introduce you to all the nuances of your vehicle. Unfortunately, many car salespeople at various dealerships seem to feel that their job is done when you have finished signing the papers and the key is handed to you. No so at DCH Audi!! It's as if you have enrolled in Audi 101 "How to get the most from your car". Be prepared for the quiz at the end of the class! In conclusion, society's expectation of high quality is usually mediocre at best. At DCH Audi medicority is not tolerated. Friendly,knowlegable people and impeccable service are always the standard at DCH Millburn Audi. You can't find anything better anywhere, and as they would say..."that's a fact" !!! I went on DCH Millburn Audi's website and found a car (A6) I was interested in. I emailed the Internet Manager and went to the dealership within a week. Once in the dealership, I was introduced to Leo Yam, whom I was told is their top salesperson. He was very professional, and explained all of the features of the car. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The experience was good, and I will recommend them to my friends. More
Purchased a used Jeep from deeler. Told it was inspected. Told a recall had been done. 3 weeks later had a problem related to the radiator recall. They refused to fix it with no charge. CHarged us parts but charged us twice the average price for the radiator. That radiator broke 2 days later. They refused to look at it without charging us again. When we disputed the charge they lied to Amex and said that we never brought the vehicle back. When we complained to Audi USA, they told them that the vehicle was not under warranty because it had 80K miles, it actually has 51K miles on it. Basically they don't stand behind their products or their work. More
My family and I recently moved from Manhattan to South Orange and were looking to establish a relationship with a local dealership. We went to DCH Audi in Millburn (that's right they even lie about their actual location - it is not in Maplewood) looking for a used car and we bought a Jeep with the assurance that it was under warranty for 30 days and that they did a thorough inspection of the car. Although we had been assured that the radiator recall was supposed to have been checked and replaced during the 150 point inspection before we bought the car, it had not been replaced and had caused a serious amount of damage to the car. When we did bring it in for repairs they refused to honor the warranty and we paid over $900 for a radiator that broke because they did not inspect the car properly in the first place! A week after the repair we again experienced the same problem and when we called the facility to speak with someone about honoring a replacement of faulty parts free of charge we have gotten no response or definitive answer. We finally decided it was not a good idea to bring it to them for any further repairs given their history of bad behavior with us. BOTTOM LINE - IF YOUR FAMILY NEEDS A RELIABLE VECHICLE NEW OR USED THIS IS NOT A RESPECTABLE DEALERSHIP TO BUY FROM. YOU'LL SAVE TIME AND MONEY GOING ELSEWHERE. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH YOUR CHILDREN IN A CAR THAT DOESN'T RUN AND A DEALERSHIP WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. More
Bought a new Audi A3 from Alan Chiang. He was professional, responsive, and great to deal with. The price was fair, and there were no last-minute pressure pitches to buy add-ons (just a few suggestions without any push to buy). I highly recommend buying a new Audi from DCH Audi, and most especially from Alan Chiang. More
