My husband and I recently totalled our car and needed one fast. We scoured the internet for a reasonably priced used Audi and it led us to Jake Auslander. We absolutely love Audi products(this is our third) and we were very pleased with our purchase. We also liked the business manager(don't remember name,sorry)who handled the finances. My wife and I were in the market to replace her BMW X3 as the lease was nearing the end of term. My neighbors have driven Audis for years and spoke highly of service at DCH. Working in Millburn, the dealership was nearby my office so I arranged to stop in to see about pricing and availability. I was greeted by Jake Auslander as I walked in the door. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I brought my wife in for a test drive and afterward she made a point of telling me that she felt very comfortable working with Jake. We found a car that we liked and began to work out terms. For comparison we shopped other dealers for price and service options. Jake was the only salesman that we encountered that took a genuine interest in making the effort to establish a relationship that would extend beyond the initial sale. Additionally, his quick follow up was unmatched by any of the competition. I feel confident that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealer. We are now on our third car from this dealership. I was in the market for an Audi Q5 and I decided to visit a few Audi dealerships in the tri state area. I saw price sheets, residual values, inventory and carefully explained the costs involved. I traveled 1 hour to visit DCH Audi because of the great reputation the dealership had and I wasn't disappointed. Andrew took his time with us and even offered to drive us to another lot just so we can see how a vehicle looked. I did not end up buying my vehichle there b/c of vehicle availability and the fact they were 1 hour away but if I lived in NJ, Andrew Woolcock @ DCH Audi of Millburn would be the place I would buy my Audi from. I have bought and leased many cars in my lifetime. DCH Audi is simply the best and I have leased 2 Audis from DCH. There are 2 closer Audi dealers to my home but they can't match DCH. I will not accept high-pressure tactics and false promises. DCH is reputable and professional. The sales, the financial guy, service are all "top drawer." Take a peek at their service department. I think you could eat off the floor. My salesperson Andrew tells you soemthing, you can count on it. They give you a price, there's no later flim-flam. Price I have gotten could not be beaten. Deal was done quickly and professionally. Andrew had lined up cars with my guess what I thought my wife would like. Of course, my wife came to make her final selection. Unexpectedly, she saw a different combo on DCH's lot then expected. No problem,no renegotiation. A swap was worked out over the phone with another dealer in a few minutes. Car was trucked in from Rhode Island to avoid racking up over a hundred miles. Can you reasonably ask for more? More

It is very clear to me, just as a customer, that the management, especially the service management, at DCH Millburn Audi is very technically proficient. You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at DCH Millburn Audi. More

My experience with DCH started with getting internet quotes from 4 different dealers in the area. After receiving the quotes I visited all 4 dealerships and made my final decision on my new Q5 based on quotes from 4 different dealers in the area. Location DCH did not have the absolute lowest price, but they were very close and had no hidden fees, the number I was quoted was exactly what I paid on delivery, no additional costs, fees or taxes. In addition Andrew at DCH had the best overall product knowledge, and when he did not know an answer he followed up by checking it out for me and getting back to me by email. I would definitely recommend DCH if you want a very good price, professional and knowledgeable staff that has integrity and a very up to date dealership. More
