I thoroughly researched Audi dealers in the tri-state area and decided to visit DCH Millburn Audi in June 2010. A few weeks later he contacted me about a car that had come in and met my specifications almost perfectly. While I didn't purchase that vehicle, I did decide to visit the dealership again at the end of the summer to look over their Certified Pre-Owned Sale. When I saw something I liked on the lot John was busy with other customers, but his colleague Jake tactfully stepped in when he saw us getting antsy about waiting. Jake could not have been more helpful or patient while we asked questions and test drove a few A4s. When I found a car I liked, Jake was prepared to talk through the pricing, trade in, and financing without any games or surprises. He was enthusiastic, but also respected my needs as a buyer. I picked up the car a few days later (my own choice, they were so well-organized that I could've taken the car home immediately) and they completed the NJ state registration process in less than 2 weeks. I am a well-educated female customer with a low tolerance for b.s. and could not have been happier with the pricing, financing, customer respect, ongoing willingness to answer questions, and overall level of service at DCH Millburn Audi.
