Terrible service dept! There is interference in the audio system causing a high pitched whine (alternator whine). They wouldn't even try to fix it. The service was done and they didn't tell me until 2 days later. I also told them not to wash it several times verbally and in writing. I don't need them scratching and swirling my paint. They washed it anyway. Avoid this place. Will not go back and likely will not buy another Audi from them or anywhere else. More
We leased a A5 last month. Carol, the finance person, was deceitful while trying to sell all the added insurances, etc. She parroted the typical rental car agent sales pitch when I told her I’m not interes deceitful while trying to sell all the added insurances, etc. She parroted the typical rental car agent sales pitch when I told her I’m not interested: ‘Well you need to hear it so you know what you are declining'. One example : She pushed the Audi windshield insurance by stating that most personal windshield insurance coverage will not replace the windshield with correct glass and therefore the functions that connect to the windshield will not work. I called my insurance company and 2 auto body shops. They stated that if you have windshield coverage on your auto policy the insurer is obligated to replace with glass that restores all functionality. BTW: Google “should I buy the insurance and extras the finance person tries to sell” and it will invariably state NO. Josh, the fellow that delivered our car, is an excellent representative for Audi and makes a great impression. However, even more disturbing than the unethical finance person, is the way the poor Google reviews are answered by management. The dealer almost never apologizes or takes responsibility. The dealership states they log and document everything, therefore we have proof that you the customer are wrong and we the dealer are right. More

I met with Steve Tonovitz, the General Manager, who is always there to greet me with a smile and make sure that I always leave happy. Scott Klimack quarterbacks my deal and my salesman Adam Jokilehto spends as much time as I need to learn the new technology in the new Audi’s. I have also had the occasion to meet with Scott Straffen who heads the service team and always explains any services that I come in for. Matt Helderman is the service writer who listens to my concerns, always provides me with a clean loaner, and has my Audi cleaned in and out before returning it to me. Chuck Yungvirt really went the extra mile to put my deal together with the help of Randy Jameyson who did his very best to get me the most for my trade-in. Once we made the deal, I met with John Zielaskiewicz who tied up the loose ends and got me on the road. These gentlemen are seasoned and know the business like no others. They have a process where they tell me whats next so there are no surprises. Everyone knows that buying a car takes time. They told me how much time to allow for the process and worked well within my schedule. I couldn't be happier. I have already told my friends how great they are at Audi Middleburg Hts. More

Im currently in the market now and wish he was still working at Sunnyside Audi. Honestly, it lost them a long time customer not including my network of friends and family members, all of which purchased multiple vehicles with Sunnyside for over a 17 year period. I'd short Sunnyside if it were publicly traded and use the profits to rehire him! More

I found out later there's 3 non-invasive ways to check for a blown turbo and they didn't even try. Why would you not inspect the performance of a performance car? I ended up with over $3k in repairs. I also called Audi headquarters and they were astounded of the lack of service and quality. Skip this dealership, it seems to me they just care about you buying thier cars. More
