Kevin Siegel is a great guy, and an excellent sales representative who values customer service. He went above and beyond to help me buy the vehicle I wanted in quick fashion. I was a remote sale, livin representative who values customer service. He went above and beyond to help me buy the vehicle I wanted in quick fashion. I was a remote sale, living over 1400 miles away from Mentor. But Kevin did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase, even without seeing it in person. He was professional, quick to respond and accommodating. Patsy, in Finance, was also incredible. He's, as he said it, my "new best friend"!
