Squeaky breaks This was my second visit to the service department in Bridgewater for my squeaky breaks. Upon arrival I was greeted by Michelle. I stated my breaks ar This was my second visit to the service department in Bridgewater for my squeaky breaks. Upon arrival I was greeted by Michelle. I stated my breaks are squeaky when the weather is cold. She proceeded to tell me all the Audi cars do that and there isn't anything we can do about it! When you break break hard!!! Are you kidding me????? I told her when you pay a small fortune for a car you don't want to hear the annoying noise of squeaky brakes that sound like nails running down a chalk board! She just stared and kept typing away at her computer. Well my brakes continue to squeak with no resolve.........I will be contacting Audi because if ALL the Audi cars do that then they should have a recall!!! I was always happy with their service up until Michelle took care of me. I will continue to go there as long as she doesn't take of me. She has poor costumer service! More
