Bonnie was very helpful and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted.She had to order what I wanted. She kept me informed at all times about where the car was and even somehow got it here earlier than the car I wanted.She had to order what I wanted. I was in the market for a used Audi Q5 and was not looking to purchase new. But there are not a lot of used Q5 out there that are certified preowned and in the condition with the packages that I was looking to purchase new. My experience at Audi of Mendham was top notch to say the least. Bonnie was terrific to work with and was very helpful in getting me the exact Q5 that I wanted. While there were a couple of issues with the vehicle during the lease, the dealership took of them very quickly and always had me covered with a loaner car. when i brought my car for service on 11/18 someone changed most of my settings i.e. radio, lights, etc. they sholud have been reset before I left for home. it made for a very unpleasent ride home.
