This is my third Audi and I have nothing but rave reviews for my sales consultant Ricky Quintana and more importantly my service coordinator, Gene Frank. When work was necessary Gene has always greeted me w for my sales consultant Ricky Quintana and more importantly my service coordinator, Gene Frank. When work was necessary Gene has always greeted me with a smile, kept me apprised as to the status of my vehicle and gave me alternatives as to the best way to repair the vehicle. Gene is the reason I keep returning to Audi Marin. I highly recommend asking for Gene as your consultant and Ricky as your sales person. More
Worst service experience in a long time, looks like since it is Indigo Group it is getting worse. Premium car can't be fixed, for now over 10 days, because they can't get the part from Audi and can't track t it is Indigo Group it is getting worse. I'd give zero stars if I could Super disappointing service experience and no response after attempting to contact them. They were late with a simple service - oil change. Destroyed the drain plug. Service rep resisted rotating the tires for me - said tires don't need rotating on the manufacturer schedule. Then they forgot to put air back in one of the tires. I got on the fwy and tire light went on. Stopped and called - service rep response was that there was nothing they can do to help me out. There was 15# of air in my tire. LM for service mgr and no response. More
Audi 2011 Q5 I took my car to Marin Audi with a warning sign of "switch off engine, Oil pressure too Low" they diagnosed it as a faulty oil pressure sensor. They r I took my car to Marin Audi with a warning sign of "switch off engine, Oil pressure too Low" they diagnosed it as a faulty oil pressure sensor. They replaced the sensor and then had a concierge, not a technician test drive the car on the freeway and the engine seized forcing them to tow it back to the shop. you would think that with a very serious message they would of kept the vehicle in the stall until they were 100% certain that the engine could handle the pressures of a test drive on the freeway. I am out of pocket 7k for a used engine and for the labor removing old and installing new used engine. Just had a call from the service manager who basically told me that its not their fault and they have no culpability. Do not take your vehicle to this service facility More
