The service writers work on commission. AVOID THIS PLACE. LOTS OF DOUBLE TALK, QUICK TALK. BOTTOM LINE, ONCE YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF, THEY FIND ALL THESE PROBLEMS. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR A 65,000 MILE CHECK UP, THEY CALLED ME 20 MINUTES LATER AND TOLD ME I NEEDED NEW BRAKES,. AND THE SENSOR LIGHT WASN'T EVEN ON. THE SERVICE GUYS WORK ON COMMISSION. Upon arrival, I was directed to Kyle, who was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and offered me and dad bottled waters. Getting the loaner car was super easy, and everything was explained to me and sent electronically. When I dropped my car off and when I picked my car up, I was not waiting long at all.
