Bad experience Called to set up appointment for final airbag fix (I’ve been there two other times for the fixes that were avail) I asked if the parts were in for the Called to set up appointment for final airbag fix (I’ve been there two other times for the fixes that were avail) I asked if the parts were in for the driver side airbag fix and the girl said yes. I went to the appointment and sat there for an hour and a half before someone came and told me that they didn’t have the part. Infuriating!!! That being said Jayson was very nice and gave me his card to call him next time. Said the girl who made my appointment was new. More

Top notch 35,000 miles service time, dropped the car off, had a loaner ready for me. Took about 10 minutes to go from the check in to driving off - just enough 35,000 miles service time, dropped the car off, had a loaner ready for me. I had a nail in one of my tires which needed to be replaced Although I called ahead it was an unexpected problem showing I had low tire pressure., I was immediately waited on, and after about 15 minutes was tol Although I called ahead it was an unexpected problem showing I had low tire pressure., I was immediately waited on, and after about 15 minutes was told that my tire needed to be replaced. They looked up my warranty plan, and replaced the tire in less than an hour. They were all very efficient and courteous. It was my first experience with the service team as my car was purchased only 6 months ago. I was very pleased, and plan on asking for the same service advisor when my next service appointment comes up. More
