Q3 Service Oil change simple enough but took 3 hrs.? Many others in and out around me much faster. Not sure why my service took so long. Others were offered car Oil change simple enough but took 3 hrs.? Many others in and out around me much faster. Not sure why my service took so long. Others were offered car wash when they dropped off the car (although rainy day). My car wash offer was an afterthought - at hour 3. No attention to detail. No interest in my repeat business as I felt like a step-child in the midst of others who seemed to be getting A-1 treatment. More

No Time Estimate, open storage, sloppy pickup Couldn't get estimate on time to do the recall repair, stored my car outside overnight (my car is always garaged), and service rep wasn't on duty when Couldn't get estimate on time to do the recall repair, stored my car outside overnight (my car is always garaged), and service rep wasn't on duty when I picked up. I always have to wait for him to fiddle with his computer, usually encountering a problem. At pick up another service rep went outside and told the porter to retrieve my car, and he just continued to sit looking at videos on his phone until I asked him if he or someone else was getting my car. He pretended no knowledge of the request, a total lie. 2nd rate all round. More
