When part arrived right after Christmas, service department expedited installation and I was back in my vehicle within two days. More

Great Jason was very friendly and helpful. He seemed very interested in getting my problems solved. He had Brett come out from the service department to g Jason was very friendly and helpful. Brett was a good listener and I felt confident he would do his best to solve the problems I was having with my car. Time will tell if my problems are solved, if not ...I know I can take my car back and they will continue to do their best to fix my problems. First Service of new car disappointing We just purchased a new 2018 Q5 and Apple Car Play has not worked correctly since the day we bought it (It was an important selling feature). I brought it in 12/18 for service and was told that "Audi is aware of connection issues but there is no repair available at this time". Needless to say, this is extremely disappointing since I was never made aware of a known issue and have no idea when I'll be able to use the feature I was counting on. More

Once Ryan was done he confirmed the recall working needing to be completed, and directed me to the loaner counter to get my loaner car assigned. I bought a certified car and was recently had my 45k completed. Ryan kept me informed during the whole process to ensure all my needs were met. They have always been accommodating to ensure I have transportation when I need it. I'm a very happy Audi owner. The service will continue to make me one for a long time. One thing I would recommend and I know sometimes it may not be possible, I’d like my loaner to be the same model as my car or greater. More
