pleased with response to issue I have had my tires rotated twice at the 10k and 20k service. I believe it cost around $32. This time it cost $50+. The cost was not quoted when i made the on line reservation not when i brought the car in. While i thought the $32 was high, the convenience made it ok. However, when i brought the issue to the attention of management, they responded and resolved the problem. More

Brakes Great experience, professional staff and fast turnaround. The loaner car was very nice but I forgot to fuel up the vehicle and was charge $69 for gas. Multiple employees did not know their jobs. Took Audi 8L for recall, asked that sun roof functions and shade mechanism on L rear window be checked. I was given a beautiful loaner. At home I noted side mirror warning lights were not activated, called Audi for help. Technician gave me instructions for wrong model car. Picked up my car that had recall issue fixed, also had two new tires and alignment done (I had approved). Car was dirty, sun roof and window shade not even addressed. Service advisor was most apologetic, I was unfamiliar with the lane change warning in the loaner, service advisor knew nothing about that feature and couldn’t explain it. While car was being washed at my request I discussed my dissatisfaction with the manager. He took notes. More
