Thank you for your review, however we are disappointed to hear about the experience. A safety Multi Point Inspection check is performed each visit to ensure our customers are safe on the road. During your inspection, we found the coolant level low which prompted our technician to further investigate the cause of the low fluid. After diagnosis, we were able to identify the source of the coolant leak. For full transparency, we always provide a Video Multi-Point Inspection so our customers can have a visual of the inspection findings. As we discussed, your vehicle went out of factory warranty coverage May 2021. After review of the phone call, the price the service advisor quoted for the thermostat was $2,312.00 not $23.12.
