Great Customer Service Took my car in for the 30k service and as always the customer service was top notch. Ron is the best. Very attentive and explained every repair and update made to my car. I had to get a curtesy car and it was a brand new A5. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Annual service Low mileage driver, once per year service, Do fine, but charge for mysterious supplies even though I bought service package with vehicle. I also get Low mileage driver, once per year service, Do fine, but charge for mysterious supplies even though I bought service package with vehicle. I also get the premium detail package they offer. Wash vacuum, polish, wax, interior cleaned and leather conditioned. They do a very good job on this. Only suggestion would be for them to use touch up paint on any tiny nicks that are inevitable.
