valet/customer service Everything was fine until the pick up. I appreciate the text updates and photos through the repair process. The repair took longer than expected, but that was ok. The problem was with the pick up. I went into the service center, the paperwork part went just fine. I was told the valet would bring my car around, but the rep didn't know where the valet was. As far as I could tell, you weren't busy. I think I was the only customer there, and the vehicle bay was empty when I arrived. Maybe I should have made clear that I was on a tight timeline, but the time it took to bring my car around was excessive and no one really seemed to care or acknowledge that it was taking a long time (probably 25 minutes or so). I went back inside the building three times (about every 5 minutes or so) to ask about progress and am pretty sure I was purposefully ignored once by a gentleman who seemed annoyed the third time, because I'm sure he knew why I was back. Overall you have a nice new facility, and I'm sure the work was done properly, but you may need to focus a more on customer service and figuring out a way to get the cars around more quickly. It ruined an otherwise good experience. More
