Consoltation on body paint Went to get some advise on water marks on trunk caused by pressure washing of house with some chemicals. Explained the situation to David and inquired if heavy buffing might alleviate the problem. David asked me to take a seat in the customer's longue while he took a closer look. Within a short time David returned with my car ABSECT the water marks which had "survived" two washings.. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. More

Fantastic and convient I had a very positive experience with the service department. My Service Adviser Kyle was so kind and helpful. I had originally asked to have a loan I had a very positive experience with the service department. My Service Adviser Kyle was so kind and helpful. I had originally asked to have a loaner vehicle when I made the appointment however when I called the day before to confirm, that had not been specified on my appointment and there was not one available. When I checked in with Kyle, he was able to find me a loaner vehicle and this allowed me to take care of some things while my Q5 was have a recall repair done. Everyone was so kind and courteous as always at Jim Ellis Audi. Truly love going there. More
Ok service, but felt nickle and dimed I felt that the customer service for the most part was good, though I wasn't blown away and felt as though a lot could be done to improve it. The pricing is higher at Marietta Audi, about $20 higher than at Audi Atlanta, for the same oil change. Then, as I was being given the quote for the work, I was given 2 prices: the quote for the service and a quote for the service plus the option to remove/delete the 'service due' alert that pops up on the dashboard. I have never, with any car I have had, and not even at Audi Atlanta, been charged for turning off a 'service due' alert. I was even more shocked when they said it going to be an extra $40+ dollars for them to do this!! Come on Audi, this is a tad extreme and unprofessional. Felt nickle and dimed and will not return to this service center. More
