My issue was a slight malfunction of the MMI, and Kevin initially put me in direct contact with the MMI specialist to diagnose the issue and then scheduled my service appointment promptly to rectify it. I drove Mercedes for 24 years, and have experienced a lot of "high end" service, but I am now a committed Audi fan, having had five.
