I was interested in a used car. Ed was very easy to talk to-laid back, very professional, but soft spoken. Before buying the car, I noticed some wear and tear. Ed handled everything with a future appointment with the service department. Next I met, Shaun Camay, in finance. Again no pressure here either; Shaun is very good guy. We live in Maryland and after a very long search (over a year!) for the specific A Tawana Ways, the salesperson at Jim Ellis Marietta, was terrific! We live in Maryland and after a very long search (over a year!) for the specific A3 TDI we were looking for, we found one in GA using an online search. Tawana responded to my inquiry quickly and guided us through the process of buying the car long distance. She made us feel very secure and confident that the car would not be sold from under us which had happened many times before. She went above and beyond to have the car available for my brother to look at and test drive before we flew down and finalized the deal. Frankly, we were so confident in Tawana's honesty and demeanor that we would have come down for the car sight un seen even if my brother couldn't have gotten there to see it. Also, Shaun Camay, in the finance department was great and easy to work with over the phone. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we ever had. Our only regret is that we can't drive the car all the way to GA to have it serviced! Jim Ellis dealerships certainly are a cut above the rest and we are very happy to do business with them anytime. My service advisor Matt Chin was very professional and answered all the questions I had in reference to the service schedule for my vehicle and repair My service advisor Matt Chin was very professional and answered all the questions I had in reference to the service schedule for my vehicle and repairing some cosmetic issues. He was able to get my car back to me very quickly (same day) as I had to travel. The work performed was done to my satisfaction and under warranty. I also appreciate that the parts department has accessories on display as I was able to purchase a few items that I had been looking for (first aid kit, license plate cover, and mug). Lastly the waiting room has a variety of free snacks and drinks as well as free WIFI which made my short waits at the dealership very pleasant. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will continue to bring my vehicle to Jim Ellis. More
