Easy Going Attitude & Making True on a Promise Working with Dustin on my recent purchase car purchase was actually a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable when I did ask questions and best of all, when he didn't know, he didn't BS me...he went and got someone who did know the answer! A couple days after the purchase, a small problem arose (the switch on the adjustable seat broke). I called Justin and explained the issue...he instructed me to take it to the nearest Audi dealership and they took care of everything...called me back a few hours later and the car was brand new again. It was a pleasure working with Dustin and I will certainly call him up the next time I'm in the Audi market. More
