He really worked with us to make sure I got the car I was truly happy with. He had a car driven over from the atlanta store and it was perfect! Definitely my dream car. He even stayed late to ensure that I was able to get the car that day. Overall, he really went above and beyond. I am so happy with my purchase and am in love with my car. I left a voicemail for my brand specialist explaining the quandary and he called me first thing Monday morning to bring the car in. Night and Day Experience! I went to another ATL Audi dealership with the intention to buy a CPO A4 only if I could turn in my VW Passat which was at the end of lease. They wa I went to another ATL Audi dealership with the intention to buy a CPO A4 only if I could turn in my VW Passat which was at the end of lease. They wanted me to go through an arduous process to turn in my VW elsewhere (which is in the family) to BUY a 2015 CPO A4 from them????? The more I thought about it the crazier it seemed, so I realized they were not the dealership for me. The next day, I went to Jim Ellis and met Dustin. I could not believe how effortlessly the same process was at Jim Ellis Marieta. They took the car and I drove home in my A4 the same day and have been rolling ever since!
