I had such a great experience with Jon Couch at Audi Marietta when I was negotiating my lease (back in Aug 2025), that I was going to leave a glowing review for this dealership and Jon even if I didn't Marietta when I was negotiating my lease (back in Aug 2025), that I was going to leave a glowing review for this dealership and Jon even if I didn't end up buying a car from them! Although he is very busy as the GM of this dealership, Jon still took the time to carefully consider my requests and replied thoughtfully. Jon was so good that I'm not only going to buy my next Audi from here but I'm even considering switching my potential purchase of a Mercedes GLS to an Audi Q7. Thanks also to Tony Jackson (Finance Director) for the smooth paperwork process. Tony seems to be very good with people and could tell that I probably wasn't going to buy any of the upsells, so he offered them just in case, but didn't push hard, which I very much appreciated. I'm going in for the car's first service soon and hope to report back similarly outstanding customer service for their Service Dept as well. More

From the very beginning, the process was refreshingly straightforward. There were no junk fees, no surprise add-ons, and no games—just clear, honest pricing that matched what was advertised. Andrew was transparent, responsive, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was how the car was delivered. The vehicle was presented in virtually brand-new condition—so clean and meticulously prepared that I genuinely had to explain to people that it was a Certified Pre-Owned Audi rather than a new car off the lot. The attention to detail in reconditioning was exceptional. Just as important, I never once felt pressured or like I wasn’t being taken seriously as a buyer. Andrew listened, respected my timeline, and worked with me professionally every step of the way. It was clear that his goal was to make sure the deal made sense for me, not just to close a sale. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The car-buying process was excellent up until I entered the Finance office. I worked with a sales consultant who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pricing was competitive, and there was no pr the Finance office. I worked with a sales consultant who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pricing was competitive, and there was no prolonged back-and-forth or the usual “let me talk to my manager” routine. In Finance, I worked with Spencer. I was very clear that the most important coverage to me was rim repair that included curb rash, as I am admittedly hard on wheels. Spencer presented several coverage options and pricing. I initially declined, as the cost didn’t make sense to me. He countered with a lower price, which I also declined. He then asked what budget I had in mind. At my stated budget of $1,500, Spencer told me he could sell me the Platinum-level coverage. He referenced Bronze, Gold, and Platinum tiers, though those labels were not clearly explained. When I asked what Platinum covered, he pulled up the contract and began reading it. I pointed out that Platinum did not appear to include alloy rim repair. Spencer stated that Platinum included all coverages from the lower tiers and assured me that alloy rim repair would be included. The first issue arose when I reviewed the contract at home and discovered I had been sold the Bronze level instead of Platinum. I had to initiate contact with both Spencer and my sales consultant. Spencer did not return my call, and I ultimately followed up through my sales consultant. Spencer later claimed he had called but had the wrong number. This was eventually corrected, and I received a revised contract showing Platinum coverage. The second issue was more concerning. After reviewing the Platinum contract in detail, it was clear that alloy rim repair was still not covered. Once again, I had to reach out multiple times to Spencer and involve my sales consultant. After several messages, Spencer ultimately upgraded my coverage to a level above Platinum so that alloy rim repair would finally be included. Unfortunately, the issues I experienced in Finance completely overshadowed what was otherwise a smooth and positive car-buying experience. I spent far more time and effort correcting finance-related issues than I did purchasing the vehicle itself. I strongly believe that a less informed consumer may have left without the coverage that was represented during the finance process. More
