I have bee having a terrible experience with the dealership. Every time I take my car there for service they take a long time to complete and return the car and more over either the issue is not fix dealership. This time I took my care for 20K service and now the car heater stopped working. I called Josh and specifically asked to complete the recall work for the power station, he told me it's taken care of and now then I plugged it is not working. More
James, the sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. I was not pleased with the next level. He tried to add pre paid services that I explicitly informed him, I did not want. Previously I had very unpleasant experiences with Livermore Audi while I was trying to purchase a vehicle. However, this time Nick(sales) and Nancy(service) gave me a wonderful customer service! They both were very attentive, caring, and personable! Great timely communication and knowledgeable! I guess you just have to encounter the employees who have been there for a long time and care! I specifically asked for dye to identify where my AC leak was as I went to another shop prior to Basically at the end I was charged for the same thing I originally recieved and was told a wire was the iss was as I went to another shop prior to Basically at the end I was charged for the same thing I originally recieved and was told a wire was the issue. Went to another shop there was no wire and the supposed video didn’t show anything Nancy is always not helpful and paid for the same thing I had already knew and my car was dirty after the service. Completely disappointed and feel like reporting this. Scam! More
