Excellent staff and service. However the building AC system was broken and the area for checking in cars was extremely uncomfortable due to heat. Overall service was good. They had videos to explain the problem , which is cool. I took away one star, because I called several times to book an Uber for me to collect my car They had videos to explain the problem , which is cool. I called the general number and they said they’ll call back but never did. I booked an Uber and went to collect my car. It was a very weird thing to experience at an Audi service center . More
