Nicholas Yoritate, was amazing Best sales person I've worked with in all Audi dealership in northern California I have been looking and waiting for the Q4 for 1 1/2 years and every time he got new worked with in all Audi dealership in northern California I have been looking and waiting for the Q4 for 1 1/2 years and every time he got new info about any cars that came in to Livermore Audi he called me and informed me whats arriving. I was happy that it had Saturday service because I had to travel far and that it was available right away for service. My local Audi dealership was not available for several weeks. Good communication and replaced retractable sunscreen. Way too expensive fix but dealership was good. Topped off motor oil and did usual multi-point check. Because of drought, didn’t do the car wash.
