Spoke with Louis about this already. But had a very poor purchasing experience. Working with 2 different reps for selling car and discussing final pricing was very poor. Given my history as a first time Audi car purchaser, the standing manager supporting Louis did not treat the situation well. Bob should have not pawned me off to Lawrence for final negotiations. More
