From the moment I walked into this dealership in 2019 - it has been a top-of-the-line experience. I recently brought my A6 in for her oil change and 20k service. Eric Honn and the entire service team are it has been a top-of-the-line experience. I recently brought my A6 in for her oil change and 20k service. Eric Honn and the entire service team are wonderful. Making appointments are easy and Erik is available to answer any and all questions before, during and after the service. His knowledge and expertise are above and beyond fantastic and his level of customer service is the best of any dealership with whom I have dealt. There are many reasons I would say that Audi Las Vegas is the best dealership (regardless of make) in Vegas - and Eric is a major reason. Keep doing what your doing! I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars! More

Love these guys! I’m constantly on road and don’t always get to take my car to the same Audi dealership all the time but Audi Las Vegas is my favorite. OJ this visit was great, awesome communication making get to take my car to the same Audi dealership all the time but Audi Las Vegas is my favorite. Got a flat tire, no big deal except when I opened the key box for the tire it was empty. So at 6 months pregnant I had to keep adding air to the tire until I could get into the closest tire repair shop. They box for the tire it was empty. So at 6 months pregnant I had to keep adding air to the tire until I could get into the closest tire repair shop. They couldn't get the tire off without the key. I went to Audi to get a replacement and the service tech Erik said he can't give me one without the car there. I tried explaining that I can't drive the car because I can't get a spare on because they didn't put the key in the box and he literally just shrugged and said sorry there is nothing I can do. I got frustrated with him being out in the summer heat all day and 6 months pregnant trying to deal with this issue and he gave me his supervisors card and said we were done talking. So basically screw me. I called the other Audi dealership in town and they were able to look up my vin number and get me the key. More

He Listened for the most part, Yes he agreed that the communication to "me" was poor. Yet he did not seem to care much.. I asked him to review the other customers reviews, and he quickly asked if it was on "this site. Dealer Review, He REALLY DID NOT CARE! Mr. Hegney.. ANY AND ALL reviews are important.. you had boasted you went to collage>>>> really? Who cares if you can not manage your house ! More
