The service rep was nice but the service was lacking. Dropped off my vehicle at 10am for an 11am appointment for a maintenance inspection, a broken tail light signal on the dashboard and flasher, and a c Dropped off my vehicle at 10am for an 11am appointment for a maintenance inspection, a broken tail light signal on the dashboard and flasher, and a car wash. Asked him to check it wasn’t just the light bulb. I had to check in multiple times for them to get started around 3pm and didn’t find out until 430pm that it was just a broken light bulb. I was told it would be ready by 7pm and asked if I could leave it overnight. A loaner vehicle was not available. Not sure they did a proper maintenance inspection since they didn’t have time to change the bulb or wash the car in those 8 hours and I didn’t receive an inspection report. Another rep saw I was not having a good day and went to the back to see what was going on. They were then able to replace the bulb in 10 minutes so I wouldn’t have to come back the next day. I was able to leave by 6pm. I received a receipt for over a grand which apparently was covered by the warranty for a 10 minute tail light bulb swap… Really felt like a waste of time and I hope I don’t have to bring my vehicle in for something more serious. Who knows how long it could take or what on earth it could cost me. Might try my luck at the Henderson location when the time comes for maintenance. More
Took my Audi TT Roadster to Audi Las Vegas for my annual service this afternoon. I asked the service rep for shuttle service and he told me that due to the current pandemic, they have stopped the service. service this afternoon. While waiting for the service rep to finalize my paperwork, I saw their shuttle service dropping off a customer and she went to the female service rep for her vehicle. I asked my service rep about this and he told me that he will look into it. Knowing very well that after I leave, the entire matter will evaporate into thin air. Not sure why Audi Las Vegas is providing shuttle service to selective customers and not to all. Is this being bias and I discriminative? More
I am a new Audi owner. The staff at Audi on W Sahara was outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My service rep Kevin was a pleasure to work with. While my car was being evaluated, they outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My service rep Kevin was a pleasure to work with. While my car was being evaluated, they offered me a loaner so I would not have to suffer any inconvenience , nor depend on rides. When they finished working on my car they even washed it. My daughter wants an Audi and I know where will be shopping. Kudos to Audi on W Sahara. More
Took my car in for a oil change , picked up my q5 and now oil presser sensor light comes in all the time . Never had an issue with it before . Also fog light sensor as well got disconnected . My car was due for a service and Wido was very informative and helpful.
