I would have given it a 5 star review if we didn't have the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication issues that add a few extra steps to warranty claims, etc, BUT, Kevin, Chris and Erik have been nothing but stellar! Erik has a great demeanor about him as a sales person. Kevin and Chris always go above and beyond to deliver in the service department. I don't get to see much behind the scenes once my car is in the shop, but it always comes back in pristine condition. More

Took my car in for the service. My service advisor was professional and informative. Major service was done quickly and my car was returned clean. This review is for a regular maintenance appointment. It took three weeks to get an appointment with a loaner car which seems on the long side to me. Efficient and classy. Big surprise that, after only 10000 miles, the service people advised we would need new tires is about 5000 miler more. Half the tread already gone. Ouch.
