My previous appointment before this appointment was a or would of been rated less than one star. My service advisor would not listen to me and she was very rude. I will be calling the manager today to bring would of been rated less than one star. My service advisor would not listen to me and she was very rude. I will be calling the manager today to bring this to his attention. My turbo went out my Q7 Diesel. I explained to her there was a DEF blue film on my tailpipes and my engine lost power to accelerate past 20 mph. I also explained to her that the catalytic converter was replaced before and that my car was in the emissions lawsuit. She insisted that the turbo was not part of the emissions lawsuit or part of a emission concern. I should’ve contacted the manager then, but I figured the mechanics would figure it out. They replaced the turbo charger at no cost, but I ended up having more concerns after I picked it up. My car was continuing to have the white film on my tail pipes. My engine coolant light repeatedly came on and the engine was burning coolant. Lifted the hood to check the coolant, my engine that I always keep steam cleaned was a mess with Def blue all over the engine. I contacted Michael the manager explained the situation took my car down to Audi for him to see the Def Blue all over my engine and smell the coolant burn. I had to add coolant 1-2 times a week. There were no visable signs of a leak. I had to wait almost a month for a loaner car to be available. I knew my engine had a big problem and would be in the shop for a while, but didn’t care. I just wanted it fixed right. I got a new service advisor. His name is Kevin. This guy from the get go was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Apologetic that they needed more time with my car, I didn’t care about that because I wanted it fixed right, but nonetheless apologetic, he knows customer service. Audi of LV got it right at this service appointment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I thank the manger Michael and Service Advisor Kevin for listening to me about the concerns for my Q7 and I appreciate them getting me a loaner. I love my Audi Q7. I appreciate LV Audi for their 5 Star Service. Just a FYI had a Mercedes and will never own another again. They were good when I purchased new, but past five years of ownership they were terrible. Hands down Audi of LV kills Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz customer service. More
