I've been coming to this dealership for many years now. Clean, friendly & competent staff, just really difficult to make an appointment. Since that's impossible, I had to bring my car in twice due to lack of communication. That brings my opinion of Audi Las Vegas way down. Please either add staff to the phones or send service calls to a consultant, thanks. More
