Went in for a service that was told would take 2 to 2. 5 hours. I decided to wait in the lobby. The 2 hours turned into 4 and my service advisor disappeared for a long time. I had to ask another advisor to 5 hours. I decided to wait in the lobby. The 2 hours turned into 4 and my service advisor disappeared for a long time. I had to ask another advisor to check out and give me the run down of what they did but he wasn't my advisor so he didn't know. And then they said my service writer would call me later. He never did. Took my car for a recall service and it was only half done because they needed to order a part, which was fine. They gave me the option to either leave my car or pick up up and they would call me to let done because they needed to order a part, which was fine. They gave me the option to either leave my car or pick up up and they would call me to let me know when the part arrived within the week so they could finish the job, It’s been nearly two months and I have not heard from them lol.i even still have the little red ticket on my key that they told me to keep.
