I just drove into Vegas to visit my family and my check engine light turned on and the RPMs went crazy. I showed up early the next morning to the dealership and Curtis did everything he could to get my car engine light turned on and the RPMs went crazy. I showed up early the next morning to the dealership and Curtis did everything he could to get my car fixed as a walk in without an appointment and he even helped me get a loaner car for the day. He made such an awful and stressful day level out and I felt so at ease with his help! Amazing customer service! More

Took my car for a recall service and it was only half done because they needed to order a part, which was fine. They gave me the option to either leave my car or pick up up and they would call me to let done because they needed to order a part, which was fine. They gave me the option to either leave my car or pick up up and they would call me to let me know when the part arrived within the week so they could finish the job, It’s been nearly two months and I have not heard from them lol.i even still have the little red ticket on my key that they told me to keep. More

Went in for a service that was told would take 2 to 2. 5 hours. I decided to wait in the lobby. The 2 hours turned into 4 and my service advisor disappeared for a long time. I had to ask another advisor to 5 hours. I decided to wait in the lobby. The 2 hours turned into 4 and my service advisor disappeared for a long time. I had to ask another advisor to check out and give me the run down of what they did but he wasn't my advisor so he didn't know. And then they said my service writer would call me later. He never did. Frustrating. More
