We flew down from Reno to Las Vegas to buy our car. We could have bought it in Reno but the car dealer here kept jacking up the price and didn't want to do a very minor repair to the car. Audi of Las V We could have bought it in Reno but the car dealer here kept jacking up the price and didn't want to do a very minor repair to the car. Audi of Las Vegas got us the best price and service. We saved over $3000.00 which more than paid for the flight, hotel cost and gas. We still ended up saving over $2000 and received excellent customer service from Audi. More

I brought my brand new A5 in because of embarrassing squeaking brakes. They looked at it and said it was normal on new Audis. Why would anyone want to spend 55k on a new car that has squeaking brakes. A squeaking brakes. They looked at it and said it was normal on new Audis. Let me preface by saying that I never take the time to leave a negative review, but I experienced such poor service at Audi Las Vegas that I want to share my experience with the hope that it's helpful to leave a negative review, but I experienced such poor service at Audi Las Vegas that I want to share my experience with the hope that it's helpful to others considering this dealership. I do NOT recommend. There were some serious breaches of trust in terms of communication, pricing, and transparency. I had vocalized my concerns on-site, but was met with apathy. As a woman who was alone, I also felt it was patronizing. It is valid and fair for a customer to seek clarity as to why the *exact* same service I was receiving in Las Vegas was quoted for over double the price of what I previously paid at my home dealership in LA. I was also told by an employee that this dealership has "high prices" and a "large markup". Not very comforting or trust-building. I waited over 5 hours (I was told the service would take between 2 and 3 hours). Perhaps most concerning of all is that after leaving the dealership, the screen on my dash wasn't working. There were ZERO issues with it before bridging it to Audi Las Vegas. I called the dealership with no reply. I then wrote into the chatbox on the website and shared my concerns. The GM reached out but then went on vacation before we could speak. I was passed off to another team member but didn't feel very heard in my frustrations. I was able to troubleshoot and fix the screen, but ultimately I feel very turned off of this dealership. It's disappointing as I would have loved to return to visit the sales team and upgrade my car in the near future, but as things stand, I felt the service was too inattentive and misleading to rely on this dealership. I got my vehicle in LA and have had it serviced multiple times at the dealership there. Their service was reliable, upfront, and transparent - none of which are attributes I experienced at Audi Las Vegas. More
