Stay away from this dealership they have terrible customer service. I spent three hours dealing with Elliot over the phone as I was trying to buy a car from out of state. When I try to make a deposit for the vehicle I was interested in, as soon as I let him know that I was going to finance it through my bank he told me the car already had a deposit on it. It felt very strange the way he responded and I knew something was up. The next day my wife and daughter both called and checked on the availability of the same car. Both of the salesman’s Dan and another guy told my wife and daughter that the car was still available and even offered to let them make a deposit on the same vehicle. I called the sales manager Patrick who could have cared less about the games his salesman were playing with customers.I’ve bought several cars from other Audi dealers in the past and never experienced anything like this before. This is not how most dealerships of high end cars treat people. Stay away from Audi Las Vegas. No bueno. More

Got a flat tire, no big deal except when I opened the key box for the tire it was empty. So at 6 months pregnant I had to keep adding air to the tire until I could get into the closest tire repair shop. They box for the tire it was empty. I went to Audi to get a replacement and the service tech Erik said he can't give me one without the car there. I tried explaining that I can't drive the car because I can't get a spare on because they didn't put the key in the box and he literally just shrugged and said sorry there is nothing I can do. I got frustrated with him being out in the summer heat all day and 6 months pregnant trying to deal with this issue and he gave me his supervisors card and said we were done talking. So basically screw me. I called the other Audi dealership in town and they were able to look up my vin number and get me the key. More

I asked him to review the other customers reviews, and he quickly asked if it was on "this site. Dealer Review, He REALLY DID NOT CARE! Mr. Hegney.. ANY AND ALL reviews are important.. you had boasted you went to collage>>>> really? Who cares if you can not manage your house ! More
A real scam I leased a car with audi in 2016, originally they didn’t give me the second key and the owner manual saying that they will send it to me (I have it wr I leased a car with audi in 2016, originally they didn’t give me the second key and the owner manual saying that they will send it to me (I have it written and signed by both parties). They never sent it to me and when I was turning it in they charged me for those 2 items. I never received a call or anything about them having those 2 items ready to pick up (never really needed them) but I guess they need something that they never gave me. Asking for them for proof that they ever sent me those 2 items or called me about them but they are not able to provide any proof. Long story short: I am showing proof that they didn’t initially give me those 2 items, but they are not able to show me any evidence that they have those 2 items nor sent it to me. I mean if you lose a key and a book, why do you charge the customer. To this day I have the proof, but it is not worth any lawyer, judge or anyone’s time to try to bring a lawsuit against them. Just to make my experience better, the person doing the inspection at the end told he doesn't believe me and I should talk to someone else (a shame I didn’t memorize his name). At the end of the day $200 is not much for me and I am paying them, but their service was horrible and they lost me as a customer.
