From the moment I walked into this dealership in 2019 - it has been a top-of-the-line experience. I recently brought my A6 in for her oil change and 20k service. Eric Honn and the entire service team are wonderful. Making appointments are easy and Erik is available to answer any and all questions before, during and after the service. His knowledge and expertise are above and beyond fantastic and his level of customer service is the best of any dealership with whom I have dealt. There are many reasons I would say that Audi Las Vegas is the best dealership (regardless of make) in Vegas - and Eric is a major reason. Keep doing what your doing! I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars! More
