This review is for a regular maintenance appointment. It took three weeks to get an appointment with a loaner car which seems on the long side to me. Efficient and classy. Big surprise that, after only 10000 miles, the service people advised we would need new tires is about 5000 miler more. Half the tread already gone. Ouch.
