I would have given it a 5 star review if we didn't have the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication issues that add a few extra steps to warranty claims, etc, BUT, Kevin, Chris and Erik have been nothing but stellar! Erik has a great demeanor about him as a sales person. Kevin and Chris always go above and beyond to deliver in the service department. I don't get to see much behind the scenes once my car is in the shop, but it always comes back in pristine condition. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am so impressed with my sales rep as they responded to me immediately and on their day off got me the car of my dreams.
