I scheduled an appointment to have my Audi Q5 serviced and also for a recall. My service technician Eric was absolutely phenomenal. Erin greeted me upon my arrival took down all the information explained and also for a recall. My service technician Eric was absolutely phenomenal. Erin greeted me upon my arrival took down all the information explained everything in very detail to me. He addressed the minor concerns that I had and assured me that everything will be inspected. Also my loaner vehicle was ready for me immediately I did not have to wait not one extra minute. The process of me dropping off my vehicle took less than five minutes. Everyone in the office was so very welcoming and friendly. When I picked my vehicle up Eric once again greeted me with a smile and let me know everything that transpired with my vehicle. After the completion of everything I was walked to my vehicle which was washed and cleaned. My experience with Audi is like none other. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my year but I am definitely in love with my Audi and also the service that is provided.
