I have recall received at begging of this year. I had booked appointment to fix the problem in a couple weeks. When I came on service they told me appointment wasn’t set up, and they even don’t hav I had booked appointment to fix the problem in a couple weeks. When I came on service they told me appointment wasn’t set up, and they even don’t have details. They told me let me know when they get it. Now because situation in Europe everything stack and I received notification about that all recalls temporarily stop. From begging of this year problem wasn’t resolved. More

Service is top notch with friendly staff. Sales is one of the worst in the business. Management is rude, sales isn’t knowledgeable of Audi, and they do not value customers The car business i Sales is one of the worst in the business. Management is rude, sales isn’t knowledgeable of Audi, and they do not value customers The car business is crazy right now, and this dealership makes it worse. I guess the easy thing to do is blame autonation for such a pathetic experience. They have lost touch with what a true car buying experience should be like with this fixed price offerings and sales people that don’t know the cars. If you sit in this dealership for 10 mins, all you will hear from cubicles is customers arguing with their sales consultant about terrible money on trades, inflated lease payments, etc. More
