Like any business, the image is only as good as its employees and the representation they present. Kai was my service provider and could not have been better. My fourth brand new Audi since 2019, and this was by far the best over-all purchase experience to-date. This is the third dealership that I’ve dealt with as related to a transaction, and they are absolutely the best over-all purchase experience to-date. Chester’s empathy, attention to detail, and understanding of what you’re asking for- and then how he communicates what he can deliver on is next-level. Justin, the Finance Director was also phenomenal. He didn’t try to sell me add-ons that I didn’t want rather he took care of me and made things (and the offer/s) even better. I was having a difficult time in Southern-California where I live, as related to this fourth purchase; none of the initial interactions were seamless, and I don’t have time to deal with incorrect information and frustrations because I’m so busy with work, so I reached out to Las Vegas because I had a great experience with their Service Department while I was driving/moving cross-country to Southern California this past summer. I was having a faulty key issue- and the woman in their service department was awesome, so I had great memories of that experience. I was in contact with a couple different dealerships across the country trying to resolve the issue and she just made everything so easy and was such a pleasure. This dealership must have a fantastic GM! More
