Had terrible experience with the service dept twice. Both times they tried to gouge me. First time was for a sensor calibration that was not needed, tried to get me to pay 650. Second time tried to charge me times they tried to gouge me. First time was for a sensor calibration that was not needed, tried to get me to pay 650. Second time tried to charge me 665 for a battery change for a3. That was an insane attempt by James to fleece me. I wrote to the owner company, no response, I guess they don’t care. Avoid them for an service related issues if you are out of warranty. Service manager was aware of transaction the second time. He apparently lowered the charge to 480 when other dealers charged 400-420. More
