Horrible experience less than 50k miles on a 2021 Q5 Prestige I bought there and the A/C is broken and they want 10K to fix it. Spoke to the Service Manager Brad Vaught and GM Sid and no assistance. Extremely disappointed with the Finance Department- It’s been over 45 days and I have yet to receive paperwork to register the car. Unacceptable and will never do business with them nor refer them to anyone been over 45 days and I have yet to receive paperwork to register the car. It seemed that after they received payment, their sense of urgency is not there, and they keep saying “ we are working it.” Definitely not the type of customer service that I would have expected from an Audi Dealer.
