Don't trust them ! ! Was told that the brakes needed to be changed, brought it to another mechanic to have the pads replaced and was told that the car had 75% of the pa ! The car was purchased with a service program for 5 years, now that its finished I'm going to service the A6 myself, I decided to check the air filter only to find a bird nest, this is the original air filter, never has beed changed from what I can tell.
