Not only did I end up with the perfect car, they handled the sale of my car and executed all the complicated details of registering the car in another state. I leased a new 2010 Jag XF 3 yrs ago, when the lease was up I bought the XF for my daughter and leased a new Jag XJL. Always warm. Always enthusiatic. The second thing is that they, to put it simply, offer a great product and do everything that they can to make sure I leave satisfied. Whether it is getting the exact car that I want or doing service and repairs quickly and efficiently each time. Take Chris for example when I ordered my 2010 Jaguar XFR he kept me informed (via Email) each step of the way. (It is on the assembly line. It is being placed on the cargo ship. Arrived on the dock. etc) When the car arrived he made sure I knew that car inside and out so I could thoroughly enjoy the vehicle after I left the show room. His and the others attention to detail and their attention to me ensures that they have a loyal customer. More
