From the initial contact with Shannon Harper, the decision making with Joey Collins, my salesman, to the last encounter with Dickie Jones I was blown away with how knowledgeable and seamless the purchase proved to be. Not only did I end up with the perfect car, they handled the sale of my car and executed all the complicated details of registering the car in another state. Harper’s Audi and the people who work there are honest, trustworthy and have the customer’s best interest in mind. It is clear that they want repeat customers and I for one am sold. I have purchased several cars from Harper Porsche, with Chris Shore as my salesperson each time. Chris has always been very friendly and engaging, and he knows the Porsche line extremely well. I have been particularly pleased that he tries to find the car I want--he does not pressure me to buy a car that wouldn't suit me. He strives to ensure that I'm happy with my car and with my experience at the dealership. I have also been equally impressed and pleased with the Service Dept. at Harper Porsche. I have never asked Mark Nagle a question he couldn't answer thoroughly and thoughtfully, and he always delivers what he promises in service. I highly recommend Harper Porsche and Chris Shore. More
I traveled over 300 miles to purchase my Porsche from Harper. I bought my first car in 1980 and my experience at Harper's was the easiest purchase. the entire process took a minimal amount of time. I can not say enough about Harper's and Chris Shore. I have purchased 3 cars from Harpers in the last 6 years . Chris Shore made the entire process easy and was able to get me the exact car I was looking have purchased 3 cars from Harpers in the last 6 years . I leased a new 2010 Jag XF 3 yrs ago, when the lease was up I bought the XF for my daughter and leased a new Jag XJL. From the beginning Chris Shore made the transactions as easy as they could have been. Bi up I bought the XF for my daughter and leased a new Jag XJL. Bill Kiney and the service group reconditioned the XF to the point it was nice as when I bought it and were able to get it finished quickly as I wanted to take it to my daughter in 2 days. I can't say enough about the quality of service we have received Bill Kiney, Chareles Vesser and the rest of the service group over the years. I have leased two catrs and purchased 2 more. We have never had an issue whith service and service was performed as promised every time. I would recommend Harper, and have to our friends and associates, for the purchase and service of vehicles. No matter if it's been 3 weeks, 3 months or 3 years since I've been there, the staff especially those I have listed above always greet and treat me as if I was there 3 minutes ago. Always helpful. Always warm. Always enthusiatic. The second thing is that they, to put it simply, offer a great product and do everything that they can to make sure I leave satisfied. Whether it is getting the exact car that I want or doing service and repairs quickly and efficiently each time. Take Chris for example when I ordered my 2010 Jaguar XFR he kept me informed (via Email) each step of the way. (It is on the assembly line. It is being placed on the cargo ship. Arrived on the dock. etc) When the car arrived he made sure I knew that car inside and out so I could thoroughly enjoy the vehicle after I left the show room. His and the others attention to detail and their attention to me ensures that they have a loyal customer. More
