I live in Columbus Ohio and was on vaccation in Florida when I looked on line and found my Audi RS4at Harper. I called and reached Vice. I asked for detailed specific pictures and Vince sent them to my iPh when I looked on line and found my Audi RS4at Harper. I called and reached Vice. This was very nerve racking buying a car sight unseen. I never planned on flying in to see the car, I just had planned to ship the car due to time constraints. Let me tell you, Vince answered all my calls, emails and texts. I ended up buying the car and having it shipped using a shipper Dicky (the finance manager) reccomended. They were fast, cheap and took great care of the car. The car arrived clean, full of gas and EXACTLY as described. If I lived there I would do all my service there in a heart beat! Vince and the entire Harper team know their product inside and out. They are all extremely friendly and prefer to load their customers up with practical/useful information rather than keeping the pres inside and out. I purchased a 2011 Audi A4 with hail damage last year. The customer service at Harper's was fantastic and they offered me a great deal on the new Audi. The only downside was the actual estimates I received when I got home for repairing the hail damage. At the dealer, we thought the damage was around $2500. It looks like I'm going to have to pay around $5,000. I've received some estimates as high at $7,000. To help resolve this situation, Harper's is working with me to find a reputable PDR company to repair it for the price we thought originally. I love my Audi and the opp to purchase a high end vehicle at a discount price. Matt More
