Each time I take my A-4 in for service, I am greeted at the door, and actually find conversations an enjoyable experience. The service on my car is outstanding--they listen to concerns and answer questions--I'm never left wondering what just happened. When I buy another car, it will be from Harper's, in large part because the service is so reliable (and the Audi is fabulous!). More

At Harper, they go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible, and everyone I've dealt with has been extremely friendly.
